Bags and storage
- Storage is available for bags during the day next to the Visy Theatre on the G River level – no
valuables
- Luggage for those staying overnight will be tagged and collected from the Powerhouse

- A prayer room is located next to the Visy Theatre on the G River level and a rug has been
provided for
your comfort
- Bathrooms are available throughout the building at various locations
Barista coffee will be supplied from Mary Mae's restaurant – please avoid being late to sessions if
the
queue is long
Meals
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided on each day of the conference
- All meals will be served at the Turbine Platform located on the Turbine level
- We have tried to accommodate all dietary requirements, please let us know if your needs have not
been met

Distance from Powerhouse: 1.7 km
- Bags: Please bring your overnight bag to the Powerhouse on both days. The Powerhouse will
provide us
with a secure room to store them in. On 8 August, the hotel will collect the tagged bags
from
the Powerhouse
and put them in your room.
- Check-in: After the dinner finishes on the Thursday, please take a taxi to the hotel and
check in. Your
bag should already have been delivered to your room.
- Check-out: Please don’t forget to check out as you leave the Sage Hotel. Please note that
any
incidentals will be at your cost.
- Breakfast on 9 August: On the Friday morning please PRE-ORDER BREAKFAST from Tipplers Tap
and select
a
time you will be having breakfast.
- Transport to Powerhouse on 9 August: The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Powerhouse
which can
take
seven people at a time. Please prebook your spot. As there are 30 people staying at the
hotel, we
will
also have some maxi-taxis booked for the morning as well.
